Permanently delete your Simple AI Reader account and all associated data.
Sign in with the app
- To delete your account, we first need to identify it. Please sign in as described below.
- Open the camera on the device where Simple AI Reader is installed.
- Scan the QR code. The app opens, sign in to identify you.
- This page will redirect you to the deletion page automatically.
You can also delete your data directly in the app: Settings → Delete personal data.

What is deleted
Your account identifier, your daily usage statistics, the diagnostic activity log, and your session and subscription status records. Deletion is completed within 24 hours.
What is kept
If an account has been suspended for misuse, a record of the suspension is kept to prevent misuse of the service. Payment and subscription records are kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms.
Not stored by us
Your documents and the generated audio are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
- This cannot be undone. Your account and all usage data are permanently deleted. Your documents on your device are not affected.
- Active subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store to avoid further charges.
- Changed your mind later? You can always create a new account by signing in through the app again.
Your account is being deleted.
Your account and associated data have been scheduled for deletion. It can take up to 24 hours before everything is deleted. You have been signed out.
Data stored on your device, such as saved documents and settings, is removed when you uninstall the app. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
You are always welcome back. Simply sign in through the app to create a new account.
Can't sign in with the QR code? Contact us and include your user_id, which you find in the app under Settings. We don't store names or e-mail addresses, so your user_id is the only way we can find your account.
